All deposit payments are non-refundable.
Work will not commence until deposit payment is cleared.
Shadow Museum reserves the right to charge interest on late payments 14 days from the issue date on the invoice.
Shadow Museum does not release the final design or product until any outstanding balance for the job has been cleared.
Once a design is signed off, no changes will be made to the approved elements of the design without an additional fee being applied.
The client is liable for the full design fee if they choose to terminate or cancel a project after the second sign-off.
The client is responsible for ensuring that any material (image, text, video) supplied to Shadow Museum is not in breach of copyright.
Domain name registration and web hosting renewal are the sole responsibilities of the client. While Shadow Museum will issue a courtesy reminder near the expiry date, Shadow Museum is not liable for any loss of data, profit, or possession as a consequence of the client's failure to renew their domain name and web hosting promptly.
Shadow Museum reserves the right to take a client's website offline if the client fails to renew their domain name and web hosting 7 days after the expiry.
Shadow Museum is not liable for any loss or damage caused by a third party company such as printer, framer, and web host.
The client is responsible for checking for any typo and error and informing Shadow Museum in reasonable time within to allow for amendments to be made within office hours (9am - 5pm), before sending material to the printer or uploading material online. Shadow Museum is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the client's failure to do the above.
Any printing or manufacturing fee must be paid for in advance. Shadow Museum will not send material to the printer or manufacturer until the client has paid for the production fee of the material.
Shadow Museum will ensure that model release forms have been completed where applicable before providing the client with photographs.
Any discount is made at the discretion of Shadow Museum.

Shadow Museum reserves the right to charge an additional fee if time taken on a job exceeds a reasonable allowance for the job. Shadow Museum's decision on the definition of a reasonable allowance is final. Any additional fee will be charged at £15 per hour. This rate applies only to overtime charges and does not apply to any other type of work. The standard hourly rate is currently £35 per hour, unless a set fee has been agreed on a job based on reasonable estimated workload, prior to the commencement of work.
